This annual award is given to local high school seniors who will be furthering their education at a college or university in the upcoming 2002-2003 school year.

Applications will be made available this spring to Prince William and Stafford County high school seniors who will graduate this spring (or summer), and have been accepted to a college or university for the 2003 fall semester or quarter.  The high school applicant must graduate with a 2.0 (on a 4.0 scale) grade point average and possess an overall enthusiasm for completing his/her next educational milestone.

Award recipients will be selected on the basis of academic achievement, personal character, extra curricular activities, and the need for financial assistance.
